Still unable to select atlas tree passives after patch 1.038 on PS5

I refunded all atlas tree passives in hopes this would allow me to reselect said passives prior to patch. Still unable to select any passives. Have 38 available, but cannot utilize them. Please help or provide guidance when able to. Thank you.
