Infernal Cry Exerts Not Giving Rage From Rage Support When Linked to Sunder

Scenario:


1. Infernal Cry linked to nothing.
2. Sunder and Rage Support linked together.
3. Cast Infernal Cry to get Exerts.
4. Cast Exerted Sunder on enemies.
5. No rage is gained, when you would think you would gain 3 rage from Rage Support.


I imagine it has something to do with the combustion functionality of Infernal Cry. Other Warcries don't cause this issue. IE. The sunder hits, but combustion triggers before the sunder hit gets counted as a hit for rage support to generate the 3 rage? Just an uneducated guess.


Is this already known or intended behavior? Couldn't find a post on it.
