Need help

My berserer character Kalgr_'s life keep going down about 3~5sec later when I use a skill Autoexertion if I put a skill point on Rage Mastery which gives Warcries grant 1 Rage per 5 Enemy Power, up to 5.

Does this still occur if you remove the Rite of Ruin ascendancy node?
