Horrible experience with PoE2 supporter packs and customer service.

I am just going to make a post about this because I have been trying to get it fixed since January and customer support doesn't seem to understand what my issue actually is.

I purchased the Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack in January, and I filled out the shipping information, deferred the points so I could get the t-shirt. Something went wrong with it, and I have been trying to pay for the shipping since January.

In my entire history of playing PoE when I want to buy something from the store I go to the store, pick what I want, and then I select "Check out with Paypal via Xsolla" and I make my purchase. I have never had an issue with this.

Customer service sends me a link to pay for the shipping. No matter what option I select from that link it will only open the link to pay via credit card. If I click on paypal it opens the credit card link, and if I click on paysafe or 700+ payment methods all of them just open the credit card page.

I record a video for them showing this, and let them know I just want to use the "check out with paypal via xsolla" payment option to pay for the shipping.

They just keep responding with "If xsolla is rejecting the credit card you need to contact your bank or xsolla". I again try to explain to them that I just want to use any of the other payment options on the website. They won't even address that and just respond with "contact xsolla".

I don't think they are understanding or even watching the video I sent them.

I've spent 6 months just trying to let them know that the link they send me won't allow me to use the very same payment option I used to buy the supporter pack with in the first place.

For 9 years I have only used the "check out with paypal via xsolla" payment option. I just want to know if I can use that same option to pay for the shipping of the shirt.

Nevermind. I just went to make a purchase, and now even paypal is erroring out with Error 3032 when I try to go through Xsolla. Yeah, I don't know. Xsolla is trash. I will see what I can figure out.
