They are essential to crafting. I play on a private league and they are very rare. I have gotten only 4-5 so far and the league has been up for a month now.

I can confirm they are very rare. Been doing ritual all league and got just a few. HC SSF here, so they are quite essential.
HC SSF. What else? Ruthless when?
