having tons of lag spikes/stuttering issues...

Ok so im having in-game stuttering and tons of lag spikes. Im gonna provide all of the changes I have tested + my rig and other stuff

PC specs:
32 gb ram 6000 speed
5080 nivida 16gbs
2tb ssd with 7000 read 6500 write
Ryzen 9 7900x

Its brand new pc... one week old , I changed it cuz i thought it mightve been adding to the issue as well lol ....


Things i changed:

-ive tested every single setting in game

-ive set the shader cache size to unlimited on the nvidia panel control
-ive set the game to high priority on windows
-low latenty mode on ultra
-power management mode on maximum performance
-vsync off
-driver is up to date
-Ive tried on both standalone and steam clients
-ive tried like 5 diff gateways
-ive flushed the DNS
-i did add these strings to both clients : --noasync --waitforpreload
-i did this in power shell : netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "Ethernet" mtu=1472 store=persistent
-Ive tried everything I could find online , I even did the audio thing setting them to flase.... nothing has worked

And so many other things I cant even remember

Also ive run this winMTR and for as far as I can tell it show me the issue is when it reashes poe servers... thats when i have 5-8% packet loss

hey, suddenly i got these huge spike too. there was a patch at the 10th and since that i got these problems. i tried out many things and settings but nothings helps. i even tried "exitlag". my ping was more stable (not perfect) but i wasnt able to join different instances like getting to the next zone or hideout. always getting into loadingscreen for minutes and crash...

i hope GGG's next patch will fix that...

may need to try an older nvidia driver
nvidia users gets a lot of issues with poe and mainly due to drivers
