Bugs in Couch Co-Op since release

These couch co-op bugs have been here since release. I was hoping it would get fixed but since it hasn't, I will report them in hopes of it getting fix.

Bug #1 --- If either player use the salvage bench, they will be able to open only the inventory page. Pressing L1 or R1 will just close the inventory, so you can't go to Skill, Character or Passive. Exiting back to character screen will fix it until salvage bench is use again.

Bug #2 --- Player 2 can not move an item between tabs if the item is picked up. picking up the item and switching tabs will have the item stuck in place and unable to move until the original tab is open.

Bug #3 --- Player 2 is always the leader and can't be changed, there isn't an option to change leader like a regular party.
