4-5 months without response
Hi,
I sent an email to support to transfer all my stuff from one subaccount to another subaccount. The email was sent on January 27th. 4-5 months without any feedback and no first response to the email. Is it taking that long? They forgot about my case and that's it. I hope that when they get back to me, it's to resolve the issue quickly and not to give a generic first response. Although I know you have a lot of cases, please let me know that this is unfortunate! Even more so because I have no alternative to solving my problem on my own.
