Hideout unable to be Found after finishing Cruelty mode

Around 1 week ago, I finished normal mode and was teleported directly to Chapter 1 of cruelty mode, without clicking the shiny yellow gate in middle of the Town in Chap 3.

Today, after finishing cruelty mode, I was teleported into Hideout and left with an on-going quest of "using the way-stone device". But after long hours playing, I didnt do it but instead, I re-entered Town in Chapter 3 in normal mode and tried clicking the "Move to cruelty" shining yellow gate in middle of the map.

After clicking it, it teleported me into Chapter 1, first act, the very beginning. And the quest mentioned above was lost at the time. I tried to use portal to teleport but could only teleport to Town in chapter 3 with the Waypoint disabled. I had to run to the closest map to find an useable Waypoint and try teleport to map 1 to find if there is an Hideout icon on the right side but there is none.

So now there is no quest that can help me to kill the boss again. And Im unable to find anyway to go to my Hideout. I tried to run "/hideout" in chat but the box said, I dont own any in this league.

I have only one character in my account that got the bug.
Character name: Siyako

P/s: Tried to kill the Final Boss in Chapter 3, cruelty mode again but nothing happened.
Tried to talk to Alva - Nothing
Tried to talk to the Final Boss (now he is in Town of Chapter 3) - Nothing
Tried to change all Map looking for Hideout icon - Nothing
The shiny yellow Gate in Map 3 from Past to Present disappeared, Present to Past still there.
Tried logging out of the game in the Tower in the Present but after logging in, I appeared in the Past.
Tried migrate my char from SSF to Standard - no help
Tried reinstall the game - no help

Update: Joined a guild and Guild Master helped me own a hideout thus fixed the bug with Hideout. Dont know about The town in Chapter 3 thro, I dont dare step foot in it again.
