Disconnect and Losing Stuff - UNNACEPTABLE

Dear support team / development team,

Please explain to me, how is this acceptable?

I just had 2 disconnects that caused me to lose access to 2 citadels, AND the loot i got from inside. WHICH WAS 2 DIVINE ORBS!

I know you don't restore anything, because why would you, and how could you, but please explain to me, WHY THOSE CITADELS ARE NOW RED a.k.a. INACCESSIBLE?! I used waystones with more than 1 respawns! How can the game not remember the loot I got, but somehow remember that i tried to do the map, and FAIL THE MAP COMPLETELY?!

Jesus Christ, people, what is going on with the EU servers? This is EXTREMELY frustrating and it makes me not want to play your goddamn game anymore, let alone spend money on your micro-transactions.

For the love of God, FIX YOUR GAME and RESPECT OUR TIME!
