Technical issue

Hello, a friend gave me a gift on Steam. After creating a character, the initial location does not load, the main menu starts. There are no errors, only the inscription "An unexpected shutdown occurred" is shown on the right in the menu. On the site, there is such a nickname rt65463#7448

Здравствуйте друг подарил гифт в стиме. После создания персонажа не загружается начальная локация, запускается главное меню. Ошибок нет только показывает справа в меню надпись - «Произошло неожиданное отключение»

Are you playing on the native client or through steam? Have you tried using the GGG client instead? I am not sure what gift you received or how that would affect anything.
