PLEASE FIX OMEN OF AMELIORATION BUG

It has been ongoing ever since this new league came out. As someone who has been trying to get lvl 100, it pains and pisses me off every single time when I have to HOPE my amelioration omen gets used.

Multiple instances where it does not get consumed and I lose hours and hours of progress. As someone who is currently lvl 98, I only average about 2%/hr. From this bug, I have lost nearly 40+ hours of game progression.

I am aware of the one time omen consumption per map and it makes no difference as the first death doesn't even activate it. I do not use the additional storage inventory accessory or backpack or whatever it is and therefore the newest patch on fixing the omen activation issues does not apply to this scenario.

I have no idea how it bugs out and no idea when it occurs. There are many deaths that consumes the omen and some deaths that don't. I know I am not the only one having this issue so please repost.

I thought maybe it could be due to where the omen is set in your inventory. I tried carrying 5-10 omens and when it does get consumed, it would randomly choose an omen instead of being in the order of inventory spot. However, it is not entirely the case since I do still experience the bug.

Also please fix omen activation in boss fights as well. We dont gain or lose xp and at times the omen gets consumed regardless when activated in the inventory.
