Account BAN SUPPORT NEEDED
I bought a Early Access to PoE 2 when the early access was announce , around 2 days before the game launched , i enter to my GGG account and saw that i had a free Key , so i refunded the steam key and redeem the one they gave me. I then bough multiple support packs for PoE 2 since GGG was one of my favorites companies to show support. I played PoE 2 0.1 and 0.2 up to around may i took a break because basically 0.2 was more of the same and LE was out.
Recently i log into my account because they announce the new PoE 1 season and i wanted to check it out , to figure my account is lock. I open a ticket : [Removed by Support] So they wanted me to create a burn account and buy another key we are not even talking about paying the 200 points they included on the Early Access , i OFFERED to PAY for the points , even tho is not my problem , i used the correct process to refund the game and everything with the purchase as is my right as a consumer and i followed steam guide lines. -Me Wed, May 28, 7:29 PM (13 days ago) to Support sent me a link , how i'm supposed to pay the 200 points i cant even access my account , i can't call my bank because there was no chargeback , so is not like i can cancel it As they requested i created another account , pay another Early Access Key : Proof Submitted to GGG as they requested : Hello adhdcaffeinated Thank you for your recent transaction on Steam. SO they still own me a shirt and a jacket but i got ban for 200 points that suppose to be refunded with the steam refund and after knowing that was not refunded i offered to paid for it. Understand but i don't have a product that i paid for , not only the game , but also the Shirt and Jacket . New league is about to drop , and I'm here stuck with nothing while ya keep my money on your back pocket , how is this Fair ? Sit there and wait on the line when you guys clearly ban me unfairly , i submitted evince with screenshot of all and from answering back to back for days . I have not received an answer in 2 weeks . What's they point of having the forums if you guys are just gonna hit the customer with the spam of " wait for the answer on the email" well yeah I've been waiting.
I don't mean to be rude , but is my money over 1k spent in a account that i cant even play or use because of a Faulty refund system from you guys and Steam. Also why you guys remove all the evidence of my email and conversation were you guys accused me of Stealing ? Seriously covering you fuck ups? |
