POE2 killer lag

Good afternoon , I'm not sure what's been happening over the last week , but over that sort of time poe2 has got crazy lag with constant disconnects and lag spikes - the games getting to the point its not even worth trying to play for the amount of stress it causes with constant deaths and failing maps . I do enjoy this game and it seems a shame that I've started contemplating playing old games or looking for something new to play , plz plz plz try to fix this before you loose players for good - cheers
