Eviscerate Bleed Bug?

Recently I've been testing with the skill eviscerate for leaguestart. I have noticed while doing so that the skill notes can't be evaded and causes bleeding. It appies 100% chance to hit propperly but % chance for bleed on the skill stays at character value, is this a known bug as on pob it does show 100% from the skill? I have tried adding % chance to bleed to it and it does work propperly after reaching 100% of the stat. Last bumped on Jun 10, 2025, 4:51:33 PM

Sounds like a tooltip/stat screen issue, more than mechanical. But would require further testing to confirm. PoB is not an official GGG application, so should not be relied on for testing.
The easiest test I can think of is to equip something like Golden Rule to reflect the bleed back on a non-bleed immune character that has no bleed chance on gear/passives, with as low physical damage as possible (90-99% phys convert, low base phys, etc) to not kill the enemy. Then just isolate one enemy and re-use eviscerate when the bleed on yourself has fallen. Assuming there's no de-sync or block, then every click of the skill should apply a bleed back on the player. If that test passes, then you're all set. If you wish to report just the stats screen bug, include a screenshot and bug report number. If you're not applying bleed however, then I'd recommend video + bug report number to have it investigated further. But I feel like enough people have played that build that it should have been reported if it didn't provide 100% bleed chance? Not sure how much base bleed chance they have taking other nodes with bleed chance as a secondary stat. |
