Looking for help with latency issues MTR provided

I'm on Australian server, i've been getting horrible latency issues trying to test the game.

I've pinged multiple servers (google etc) through CMD over 300 pings and my latency went up 6ms total over 300 pings multiple times yet my latency graph in game looks like something out of Hawaii surf

12600k @ 4.8ghz
3070
32gb ram
