League Migration

Is it normal for you to lose all your recipes and atlas progress when migrating back to Standard?

My account already got transferred to Standard unless that stuff comes afterwards, I don't know, it's my first time seeing the end of a league in POE1.

What Janie has said is accurate. Your characters and stash have been pre-migrated to Standard. If you want the rest of the stuff like recipes and atlas, you need to either click that button, or wait for the full migration to handle it for you. Others have reported the same issue since yesterday when Settlers ended, and confirmed working after clicking the migrate all.
