Character migration Standard vs Standard Solo-self found

So I was playing Settlers League Solo Self-found with all my characters and then the league ended. I thought migration was necessary so I chose to manually migrate all now instead of waiting for it to do it automatically, but it migrated to 'Standard' instead of 'Standard Solo-self found', which I thought was the same thing. I created another character to realize they were in a separate SSF league and my Atlas stuff was back and there were remove only tabs with stuff of mine. All my characters lost their self-found status and I lost all my Atlas progress and access to my League specific remove only stashes that I saw when I created the new character.

Did I permanently mess up my account or how do I fix them to be SSF again (I haven't traded or played with anyone else since the migration) and regain access to my Atlas stuff and such? Would also be nice if that saves me from having to redo all the recipe and map stuff as I was starting to redo them to get back what I lost, thinking it was required when a league ended and my characters got moved.

When I create a new character I don't even see an option to get them in the same league as my characters are now in, so I'm a bit confused what's going on and how to fix it, if it can be fixed.

Got your PMs (identical scripted responses to my messages), but unfortunately it seems you're not a person and your automated response doesn't answer the questions I asked. Guess I'm just out of luck.

I created a new character in the SSF Standard league and then 'merged all' on it, and this time it actually gave a proper warning and transferred my Atlas and League stash tabs. So it was some sort of bug that failed the first time. Seems my stuff is recovered all into one place now and I regained my Atlas progress and God bonuses and recipes as well.
