Why Can't I Use Both My Guild Hideout and My Own Hideout?

Why can I only choose either the guild hideout or my own hideout? I believe the guild hideout is a place for everyone to communicate and carry out activities, while my own hideout is my personal space. The current situation in the game is that if I use the guild hideout, my own hideout gets locked and needs to be reopened; if I use my own hideout, the guild hideout becomes unavailable to other guild members. As a result, the hideout skin I purchased for the guild just sits there unused and goes to waste.
