Im searching a physical spectre minion

Anyone here knows a good spectre that do pure physical damage? I want to convert it to chaos and apply poisons.
Perfect would be a ranged spectre with projectiles that doesnt die so fast. Would also take a melee spectre when it die less and has some aoe or something.
Important is that the spectre has pure phys.

Actually i thought that i could take syndicate operatives.
