Azmeri Spirit slottable items drop rate is zero since last 2 patches

So, I killed around 200 spirit posessed rares and now got Unique Precursor tablet that guarantees bosses on maps to be under spirit effect. Oservable drop rate of azmeri spirit slottables for me for this 200 kills is 0%, before patch 0.2.0g it was around 1 in 10 rares (with no Atlas points in corresponding branch), and we got like 2 drop rate improvements and fixes since.

I do not use Atlas ranch with azmeri spirits, but getting like 1-2 spirit every map + boss from precursor tablet so should get a slottable item of corresponding spirit type at least sometimes, but getting nothing.

Most azmeri spirit talismans are quite weak and inexpensive, the remaining few - are niche. I see no point in keeping drop rates this low. Feels, like drops are bugged or shadowed by something else. Please, can you check and fix it. Thank you!
