Alternate Art convertracereward destroyed an item but did not recevied mtx

Just few moments ago I bought demigod's eye with intent into turning it to mtx,
I did /convertracereward like last time when I was converting aa stormcloud and asphyxias, I clicked convert, there was message in chat "Item sucessfully converted to an account-bound microtransaction" but when I checked mtx window there was no ring. Tried to relog, restarted game nothing works still no ring. I have video proof of it here: https://youtu.be/Uqf3kZi47Dw . Hope there is something that can be done to get my mtx back.

After talking with support on email, I got my mtx back and everything is now fine.

Was it durning the league migration period? If it was then there might be slight delay depending on the workload. I see another post about this topic from over a month ago and it's still not solved. If you don't get the mtx soon then you can only wait for devs to acknowledge it.

Yea, it was during the time that charachters from settlers were being migrated, maybe it caused it. But already 24hours have passed and I still didint get my mtx. I guess the only option is to wait for support to answer. Hope it can be fixed.
