Cannot slot infernal Cry on Cast on Critical

I cannot slot my infernal cry on cast on critical anymore when I was able to do so before. I check my requirements all met too.

Isn't Infernal Cry a warcry? It's not a spell (only spells should be compatible with meta-magic). It also an empowering skill, like Barrage (spell) that also not allowed to be inserted into meta-magic skills despite being spell. I guess, it was just fixed and now works as intended.

I see. I know it doesn't activate trigger automatically with cast on crit. I was using it like having an extra skill slot for free basically manual trigger on bosses. So I guess all the people that used it like this can still take advantage of it because it only stopped working when I took out the support gems.
