The Last Lament + Emergency reload

Im not sure if its a UI bug or an actual skill bug but emerngency reload doesnt seem to work with The Last Lament.

ER replaces my clip with a clip of "empowered bolts" that last until A) they are all used or B) until the buff expires (6 seconds)

The last lament states that it does not consume the last bolt in the clip if you pay 300 life.

I think this means that it should would with ER, at least for 6 seconds. Currently you only see the yellow number in the skill box for 1 bolt with ER instead of the whole time.
