Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

" No, if you sent the email then you wait until they get back to you. Unfortunately for you there is still a backlog on this sort of request (anything that involves account security) This is what you will be doing once they get back to you...answering their questions one at a time to verify that you created the account, once they are satisfied they'll link the new email account.
