Cannot connect to instance

I have had this issue for almost a year. Ever since the Phercia patch, but i found a workaround. I'm using my VPN while gaming now. Does this mean there are some server config issues on GGG's end that need to be fixed or should I call my ISP? If so what do I tell them?

You'll want to check your client log file, there'll be a line:
Connecting to instance server at 103.1.214.133:6112 but with a different address probably.
It should have lines after it saying it failed.

While not on the VPN, open command prompt and traceroute the ip address.

tracert 103.1.214.133

copy the results.

Then connect to the VPN and do the traceroute again.

Paste both results here.
