Passive Point Bug After Sacrificial Heart - Major bug

Act 3 Cruel - Placed the Sacrificial Heart and stabbed it.
Said i received two passive points.
I went into passive tree screen, sure enough i see i have two passive points available.
I used my first one to select a passive (Specifically the one before Chaos Inoculation) and chose Dex - I accepted and My 2nd available Point disappeared
