Two characters stuck in infinite loading screen – Chimeral Wetlands (PS5)

Hello GGG team,

I am playing Path of Exile 2 on PlayStation 5 and encountered a major issue. Two of my characters are completely stuck in an infinite loading screen after entering the Chimeral Wetlands map.

Every time I try to log in with them, the loading screen never finishes. Other characters on my account work fine.

I tried restarting the game, changing networks, waiting a few hours, but nothing helped.

Here are the details:

Character 1: 犯人は毛利小五郎

Character 2: 時をかける小五郎

Platform: PlayStation 5

League: Dawn of the Hunt

Please help move them to a safe zone or fix the issue.
