Towers and Tablets---completing expensive map, only to NOT to be able to put in a tablets.

This is the fourth time I have opened 3 slots by successful completion in a TOWER, and can not use the TOWER to insert the tablets!!! Arg... when will this be fixed? I can see that other players are experiencing this as well.
