weird endgame atlas map/nodes - PS5

Why is the endgame atlas map so weird and buggy???

I've always nodes on the map which are "not" connected to done/finished nodes, but can be accessed.. (no unique tablets used)

On the other side I've nodes which "are" connected to done/finished nodes, but I can't access them..

That's because the line connected to it is actually running through it to a different node, it's a personal optical illusion. You think it's connected to that node but it's not, it's running through it to another node

Pls tell me which optical illusion I miss in those yellow circles..
