mana never regens fully

ever since about a month ago my characaters mana will never reach the top.

depending on what the highest value is i will get different numbers, for instance

right now i have 2213 mana at full

but it only ever goes to 2210

at lower values it gets reduceed to 1-2 below top

there are also spirit issues where mine will glitch out mid map and i have to go back to town to fix my minions or other spirit related skills

this has been going on since the league started

many more lich issues with stats being wrong or different for unknown reasons

i had 10 spirit available for an extra thing i wanted to do, then i tried swapping gear that gave me more spirit,

when putting my old gear on my spirit is now at 9 because of rounding down, permanently.

disabling me from doing what i used to do just because i tried something new :(

So you are a lich I am guessing, and forgot that you took the passive making your mana drain 5% of it's total per second.
