Missing King of the Faridun Supporter Pack after Purchase

Hi GGG team

I upgraded to the King of the Faridun Supporter Pack yesterday. The transaction was successful, Microsoft shows it as completed and the payment went through, but I have not received anything in-game.

I have supported PoE actively for years, including gifting early access to friends and buying multiple supporter packs for myself. It is really frustrating to run into issues like this. My account merge request from December 2024 is still unresolved, and all I get are repeated requests to resend the same info.

I want to keep supporting you, but this kind of experience makes it very difficult. Did GGG or Microsoft just take my money without delivering?

Please help.

Did you check your mtx? You can also filter your mtx and type the name of the armor pack.

Also, GGG does not handle account issues via the forums. You should email support.
