Network spikes

Hi,

I got a new computer and every game ive been playing is fine. But tried poe2 again and its not going very well.

The issue i have is with Network MS when i show the graphs ingame.

What happens:
Every time I enter a new area the dice rolls, and its either perfectly fine.
OR, the MS is going crazy very high and unplayable.

Things i tried:
- rebooting
- updated my nvidia drivers

Any1 has any clue about this issue and if it can be fixed?
If any other information about my system is needed let me know and ill update.
