Infinite Loading screen

It happens randomly sometimes when loading the game. Sometimes going to kingsmarch. Sometimes when entering a map. I reintalled, verified files etc. Idk what's wrong I just see two gears rotating for infinity.

Is there anything consistent going on like a pattern you've noticed with this or does it seem to just be completely random?

It's random I was on singapore server. Now I am on another server and it's not happening anymore. I am not sure if its server issue or mine. I will switch back and see if the problem still exist.

Have done everything short of a fresh install of Windows. It's on GGG server side, something they have done when the patch went live. Loading has been horrendous, along with server stability in general. Guess PoE 1 is taking a back burner to Flop of Exile 2 again. Maybe in another 9 months we will see some fixes?
