Game is constantly crashing

I dont know what I can provide to you that would be meaningful, but my game is constantly crashing. It could be as simple as opening a portal, trying to slam a piece of gear, crossing zones. I alt-tabbed to update my filter, came back and game was crashed. I think I have crashed about 5 times in the last 30 minutes.

Nvidia 4090, Reflex disabled. Can I provide a dump of something, get you a log, how can I help troubleshoot?
