Frame drops, performance issues, post 0.2.1

Many players are still experiencing issues with frames, lock ups, and general performance.

This is issue number one for those experiencing the issues.

Could you please address this in a way that gives hope?

I got a monster PC and I get a lot of lag. I bought exit lag, and that helped very slightly. I gotta log out every 2 hours ish and come back into the game and it seems to help. Since I was searching for fixes, youtube keeps spitting out videos. Hopefully you find something that works for you.
got 9800x3d paired with 5080, and i get CONSTANT stutters at 3440x1440 uw, framerate is unstable, can't play this game.
really disgusting.
in 0.2.0 the game was freezing, the sprocket was spinning and the game was coming back to "life" but the CPU usage was going to 100% and the game was unplayable due to stutters, and had to alt f4 and restart.
Now it just constantly stutters.
GGG- do you really care that console (PS5) players can't play after patch 0.2.1? Lags, crashes, etc., are you unable to immediately release a hotfix for this problem? GGG developers, turn on your PS5 and play and then tell us how you play, I've been playing since AE was released, I paid for AE, I supported you in microtransactions and now I can't even play? Then refund my entire investment and I'll switch to the competition, this is outrageous, several posts about the unplayability problem on consoles and you don't care!!!!!

I have a very decent rig, RTX 4090 + i9-12900KF. The performance over the last 2 patches has been awful. I've always run this game in 4k with no problem. Performance was always decent, but now, when I load up the game, things are okay, but within 30 minutes I'm getting huge stutters and spikes in cpu usage. It gets to the point that the game is unplayable. This is when I use Vulkan. If I switch to DirectX 12 I get the same stutters and cpu spikes but I get the reloading of the driver feature that was added a few patches ago and that just means I get a 10-20 sec wait while it reloads added on to the stutters and spikes. I believe that when GGG added a way for them to track the crashes that people were experiencing is when the performance issues started.
I get lag spikes in CPU as well. Mine seem to be related to loading almost anything while playing the maps: animations, VFX, enemies. This definitely didn't happen prior to newest patch.

I have a 9900X3D with an RX 9070XT with 32gb vengeance ddr5, and 990 Pro Evo 2TB SSD. My computer isn't straining any components at any time. I have no issues in any other games including Elden Ring Nightreign, Expedition 33, and Helldivers. All running at high+ settings on 2k res.

My average frames are 150 in maps and 220+ outside maps with low latency. GPU and CPU are stable at very low latency until the spikes occur, then CPU spikes to 40-50ms latency based on data from in-game stats.

I had very bad stutters occurring every few seconds, then I restarted the game and it was perfectly fine in the same map. Once I loaded a new map it took about 30s then it started again.

I have a recording available if needed. After rewatching it, stutters seem to occur before loading shaders, while loading shaders, and then when loading from the drive; randomly they occur with no other stats/elements showing increases including the network. Frames drop about 30-50, but the frame latency stays relatively the same; drive goes from 1-3 MB/s to 50-80 MB/s with other spikes occurring at 10-15 MB/s; VRAM and MEM didn't change during spikes.
