Stuck in infinite load screen on main character. Ps5

When I first log on and select my main character I am stuck in an infinite loading screen in the Chrimeal Wetlands and can only select (next tip). I have to close app to try again. My other character is fine. What is the issue?

Same issue, and I'm playing Hardcore so I guess I can kiss that character goodbye. 😭
