POE crashing every minute when loading towns

I can<t play at all.

I<m trying to practice before new season launch but it<s crashing all the time.

I lost a low lvl character cause it froze in HC, never loaded back. Rebooted poe and char is dead.

I hope this is not a prelude to season launch.

Which game client (& OS) are you using? e.g. Steam on Windows 11, standalone client on macOS Sequoia, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic Games Store on Windows 10..?

What exactly happens when you crash? Are you being shown any kind of error message?

Stand alone poe1 client on Windows 11. I tried windowed, windowed fullscreen and fullscreen, doesn't help.

When I crash, poe1 screen freezes and never loads. It can happen while loading town, loading areas during campaign or during maps.

The loading gears stop. The music never changes. After 3 min of loading, I click on the screen and PathofExile.exe window says Pathofexile.exe is not responding.

I wait.

After 2 min, not loaded.

I close the program and relaunch.

It just crashed loading Submerged Passage zone.
