plz help

been playing poe2 and throught the game i have been just kicked from game noloss of internet connection .made it all the way to end game maps used some currency to up my map with a high rarities drop go in map kill few mobs and was disconnected.can u fix this or is its my issue or issue in server. bc when logged back in map was gone and could not continue. which was very disappointing. plz address this......
