my entire friends list was just deleted after being booted to main menu

not sure if im the only one but today i was doing some trading to get a build i wanted to test up and running every time i tried to warp to some ones hide out i would get dced when i tried to log back on psn would try to get me to buy ps plus (no idea why) when i tried to log back in i got the too many actions error and booted to main menu again and when i finaly loaded back in my friend list was gone i have no way to add the people back unless they msg me for something

and before some one asks no i did not disable crossplay or anything like that
