Perforate, can't attack under myself

As title states it attacks at fixed distance from my character. If enemies are on top of me or very close and if I try to attack them Perforate spikes appear at fixed distance from my character and most of them miss the intended target. I wish that attack was performed relative to my target instead of my character.

Please, GGG!

It would be so helpful if attack was performed on cursor or at center of targeted enemy instead of fixed distance.
Also getting area effect is huge disadvantage too.

P.S. It is a Slam, but all slams could benefit from such change
