40% Temporal Chains is a bit too much

Just this, as the title said.
Don't have a problem with how it works now, just the amount.

I think if we set the amount to 0%, there would be a pretty good balance

OR if i am being serious, just have it affect attack speed not movement speed and this would be way less of an issue

Instead of on the player constantly, they changed to ground curse

I'd say it's easier to dodge than running the whole map with 22%

Didn't login to new patch, but if after all the feedback on temp chain maps GGG had indeed buffed it from 22% to 40% this is a huge rofl. New aoe curse application doesn't change much for lone players and makes things worse for minion players.

Frequently slowing players during common gameplay is another outdated concept which is almost gone from modern arpg. Naturally GGG is clinging to it and blows it out of proportion:) Temp chains should've been removed from enemy curse pool a long time ago.
