Which build to choose !?

Hey Exil,
Hope you're doing well!
I'm trying to decide on a league starter for this season and could really use your expert opinion. I play a lot, so even if a build is expensive to optimize, that's not an issue — I'm happy to invest and upgrade gradually.
I'm currently torn between a few options:
* Winter Orb
* Penance Brand of Dissipation
* Static Strike Shockwave
* Blade Vortex
What do you think would be a good choice for me this season out of these? Any insights or recommendations would be super helpful!

Brand will most likely be the strongest of those.

Well many will be meta for sure or will able to handle the whole content,
I will go with tuna, amazing content creator,
Try berserker volcanic fissure of snaking,

This is definitely a PBoD league for me. There's gonna be some giga tanky mobs.

I've always wanted to make a PBoD build and just....never got around to it. For whatever reason, brand leveling always burns me out and I just stop before it gets going.

I'm taking full advantage of fortify stacking this league though, so likely gonna make a melee champion (or slayer that converts into champion later).

That...or my first golemancer since the 2.aughts
