[0.2.1] Cursed Maps need fine tunning

I loved the change to the curses on maps, now they feel something different than "hey, you have -15% ele res/20% skill speed reduction, good luck".

But the eruptions from cursed ground spawns too often and explode too quickly.

Also, -40% from temporal chains feels like a lot. I think the previous 20% with this new mechanic feels good now

I like running these maps now because they force me to play different, but the numbers are too high atm.
