custommer support

Ive contacted custommer support but have gotten no answers back not on my 'Lost' account which i could not log in and reedem a cdkey for POE 2

i made a new account so i could trie out POE 2 and i somehow maneged to log on my old account requesting a password reset and im logged now both account

did not matter what email i typed in it was allways invalid login even though it was the right email

the thing want is POE 2 on my old account

it seems it takes a long time for support to contact my back
not even a no-repley email
