Infinite Loading screen (32-ish hours) and TEMP FIX

Run into more loading screen issues when playing with friends from California.



PROBLEM:


My main character "Magikarpwn" was stuck on a seemingly PERMANENT loading screen for over 32 hours. I had played on other characters (both in league and out of league) and it had not fixed it. I had tried switching servers to as far away as singapore and that has not fixed it either. Heck, the game got patched to 0.2.1 AND THAT DID NOT FIX IT. I tried e-mailing support but they could not fix my issue either.



SOLUTION:


I have solved the problem with a workaround. I plugged in a second controller, logged in as a "Guest" account and created a new character. So one controller was set as my main character, and the other as creating a new character. After creating a character quickly, my main character was automatically brought to the beginning of the game. I did have to go through the first area on my main character, but at least this works as a temporary fix.



Sidenote:


Before this happened I had most of my graphical settings close to default. I set myself to odd chat channels for global and trade, turned off reverb audio, and turned audio channels down to lowest setting.
