Convalescence (spirit gem) & Persistence (support gem) compatibility bugs

Convalescence spirit gem and Persistence support gem have bugs where in several UI locations or under different conditions they claim that they either are compatible or that they are incompatible.

For example if using an uncut support gem it shows that Persistence can be used with Convales.
But if Persistence is already used on a different skill gem then the uncut support gem shows that Persistence can not be used with Convales.

But if you equip Persistence anyway onto Convales the detailed info on Convales shows that the buff duration does increase.
But if you mouse-over Persist in your inventory then it shows that it can not be used on Convales.
