Requiem cancels upon charm activation

Charm activations cancel the Last Lament, Desolate Crossbows Requiem ability.

Bumping this. I experienced it too. The charm triggering breaks it but something else does too as I've taken my charms out and it still happens.

Same happens on flask use.

This constantly happens to me. Maybe 30-40% of the time when I use it. I never use flasks for my build, and it getting cancelled on charm proc makes a lot of sense (im using stun, freeze, bleed charms atm).
