Tracking Scroll Of Hunting

Hello ,
i bought the Tracking Scroll Of Hunting , but there is no way for me to display it in my hideout or somewhere on my screen , each time i need to K->Extras->Extra Effect->hover over with my mouse.
is there a way to show it in my hideout / screen? if not how can apply for a refund?

i'm looking for this answer too! ... i saw some people showing these stats while mapping whereas this one is kinda hard to get to and check... is that all it does???
