When in a map, after disconnected, Issue of map failing and losing loots

Hi everyone,

Nowadays when i doing a map. Suddenly i got disconnected, firstly i though, it can be just a standart internet connection but when i entered my character i saw all my loots that i got from the map was gone, my map failed and closed, and i am not sure fully but i could lost XP i got from the map before disconnect too. Can you fixed that issue. Recently that count of the issue was increasing.
